Taking care of Natural hair from the inside.

The health of your hair does not solely depend on what to apply externally on your hair. It is also dependent on what you feed your body and your body requires nutrients which enters the blood stream, nourishes your hair follicles and stimulates hair growth under the dermis. 
N.B: The hair outside the dermis is actually dead so what we do on the outside is to prevent breakage and retain length.....

Eat properly.
This is more like the bane of everything. Nutrient rich foods are kind of important for your general well being. Fruits and vegetables, legumes, grains and all the like. Try as much as possible to eat a balanced diet daily.
What is a balanced diet?
It is a meal that contains the proper proportions of carbohydrates, protein, vitamins, fats, minerals and water necessary to maintain good health (Science in elementary school taught us that). 

Drink enough Water.
This cannot be said enough. Drink lots of water daily. Your water intake has to be consistent during the day . It doesn't just help your hair, your entire being benefits both mental and physical...  so drink up!

Detoxifying your system is important in maintaining balance. Get rid of those toxins your body may have accumulated over time as they can impact negatively on your health. 

Sleep enough.
Sleep indirectly affects hair growth and some of us may not know this. When one is sleep deprived, the system starts to compensate and it takes a toll on the body even your hair. If you don't sleep, your body becomes stressed and stress can induce hair loss. My own slogan when it comes to this is "Sleep is health"

Be Consistent and diligent. 
If you are consistent and diligent with all these listed above, then you are on your way to achieving Healthy hair and of course good health💃.
